As a Digital Sales Specialist at Uproi - a results-driven digital marketing agency, specializing in delivering high-impact solutions such as News PR, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, and SEO, your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and converting them into long-term clients for our various digital marketing services. This client-facing position requires excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels like inbound leads, outbound outreach, and referrals. - Understand client needs and present tailored solutions across our service portfolio, including News PR, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, and SEO. - Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal pitches. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Keep track of all sales activities in the CRM system and generate regular reports. Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital sales, business development, or a related role in a digital marketing agency. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach. - Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales cycle. - Product Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing services like News PR, Lead Generation, SEO, and Performance Marketing. - Customer Focus: Ability to understand and align solutions with client goals and pain points. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and digital communication platforms.
