Position Summary

We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist who can seamlessly blend creativity and customer service. In this role, you will engage with customers through digital platforms, showcase jewellery collections online, and help drive digital sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online channels.
• Content Creation: Use to create and edit product images, promotional banners, and stories.
• Product Showcasing: Coordinate product shoots, post content, and highlight new collections online.
• Sales Conversion: Guide customers virtually, share product details, and close sales through digital channels.
• Order Processing: Manage online orders, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
• Customer Follow-ups: Build long-term relationships through personalized communication and after-sales service.
• Marketing Support: Assist the team in running digital campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in (basic to intermediate level).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms for business.
• Passion for jewellery and attention to visual detail.
• Resident of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

Full-time role with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per business needs.
