Job Summary The Digital Project Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing client projects in Asana, ensuring clear deliverables, maintaining timelines, and driving seamless execution. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects on track. Essential Duties/Responsibilities : Own and manage client projects within Asana, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked. Develop detailed project timelines and milestones to maintain alignment with client goals. Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule. Ensure clear communication of deadlines, priorities, and expectations to all stakeholders. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Streamline workflows by improving project documentation, task tracking, and reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, status reports, and escalations. Facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring action items and next steps are clearly documented and executed. Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Generate weekly project status reports, highlighting key milestones, blockers, and next steps. Provide data-driven insights to improve project efficiency and team performance.
