Join us in building the next-generation innovation engine for global chemistry solutions

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a Chemistry background to support our R&D operations. The candidate will act as a bridge between the R&D team and the respective business units, ensuring smooth communication, timely project updates, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between R&D and business teams for project-related updates.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are on schedule.
Gather status updates on ongoing research activities and escalate delays when needed.
Coordinate material requirements identify what is needed, check availability, and follow up for procurement.
Maintain project documentation, data sheets, reports, and trackers in Excel.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals.
Visit the Hyderabad R&D site periodically to review progress and collect updates.
Support R&D managers in planning, resource allocation, and execution of project activities.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and safety standards in handling chemicals and lab-related activities.

Requirement & qualification

B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry (mandatory).
2-5 years of experience in an R&D or chemical industry environment (preferred).
Strong understanding of chemicals, laboratory workflows, and R&D processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (reports, tracking sheets, data management)
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to travel to Hyderabad as and when required.
