Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., IST Delivery Teams, Business Requesters, Process Owners), lead the planning and execution of digital project strategies, and ensure seamless delivery of impactful solutions. Youll specifically take care of assessing and prioritizing digital demands, but also lead IT integration and transformation projects. Well look to you for: Acting as a key contributor in demand management and solution design Collaborating with stakeholders to define functional requirements and guide solution development Supporting the development of business cases and ROI assessments Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture guidelines Leading digital project delivery strategies across all project phases Monitoring project performance using dashboards and reporting tools Championing continuous improvement in digital delivery practices All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
