What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designOverseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that primarily rely on digital tools and technologies. It encompasses managing tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes in the digital realm.
What are we looking for Strong understanding of client KPIs and ability to align delivery metrics with business impact.Trusted advisor to clients in addressing operational challenges, process bottlenecks, or escalations.Drives stakeholder confidence through proactive communication, structured problem-solving, and timely execution.Experience leading QBRs, MBRs, and developing strategic improvement plans for long-term partnership success.710 years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role.Proven expertise in creative, content, digital marketing, or syndication delivery models.Strong knowledge of project management tools (Workfront, JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams across onshore-offshore delivery models.Demonstrated experience in data-driven governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of end-to-end projects across creative, marketing, content syndication, or digital transformation engagements.Drive governance planning, stakeholder alignment, and reporting structures across global client teams.Manage project scope, risk, resourcing, timelines, change controls, and quality standards.Act as the primary escalation point and senior delivery interface for client stakeholders.Lead weekly/monthly governance calls, provide business reviews, and ensure proactive risk mitigation.Ensure SLA/KPI tracking and delivery metrics such as TAT, utilization, on-time delivery, quality scores, and productivity targets.Enable talent development through coaching, performance reviews, and building high-performing teams.Partner with automation and process excellence teams to identify optimization and innovation opportunities.Create executive dashboards and business performance updates for leadership reviews.
