Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Airawath’s presence across all major social platforms:

• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest

• Design and execute platform-specific growth strategies to maximize

  reach, engagement, and follower growth

  .
• Use

  AI-powered tools

  for content optimization, scheduling, analytics, trend detection, and performance improvement.
• Analyze platform metrics and algorithms to continuously refine content strategy.
• Identify and apply

  US-based digital trends

  , cultural shifts, seasonal patterns, and audience behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with the

  content writer, UI/UX designer, and video editors

  to execute cohesive digital campaigns.
• Ensure every piece of content is

  platform-ready

  :
• Correct format and dimensions
• Hooks, captions, hashtags, thumbnails
• Optimal posting times
• Monitor competitors, creators, and emerging formats to stay ahead of the market.
• Deliver

  weekly performance reports

  with insights, learnings, and clear action items.
• Experiment with new content formats, AI workflows, and growth tactics to scale faster.

Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio is mandatory

  (social pages, growth metrics, campaigns, or content samples).
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  digital marketing, social media growth, or content distribution

  roles.
• Hands-on experience using

  AI tools

  for:
• Content optimization
• Caption and hook generation
• Scheduling
• Analytics and trend forecasting
• Deep understanding of

  US audience behavior

  and platform algorithms.
• Strong working knowledge of

• Ability to think both
