We’re building something truly unique: a deeply personal, AI-powered consumer product that touches how people connect, celebrate, and interact across life’s important moments. This is an early opportunity to join a product-focused founding team as the first dedicated Product Manager, helping define what the future looks like. 🌟 What You’ll Do Work directly with the founder and tech team to shape product vision, define scope, and own execution end-to-end. Translate complex user journeys into clear product specs, wireframes, and flows. Use design thinking to build delightful, simple, and intuitive experiences. Stay on top of market trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor moves to influence product roadmap. Coordinate across development, design, marketing, and leadership to bring new modules and features to life. Build internal process flows and help structure our product management function from the ground up. 🎯 What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably at fast-paced startups. MBA or Master’s from a top-tier institution in India (IIMs, ISB, IITs, IIITs, NITs preferred). Strong technical acumen — you don’t need to code every day, but you must be comfortable reading/writing basic Python, understanding APIs, and discussing AI infrastructure with engineers. Proven experience in at least two of the following domains: fintech, social media, e-commerce, marketplaces, or AI-powered products. Deep understanding of modern AI tools and emerging technologies — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, RAG, LangChain, etc. Self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts — you know how to prioritize, problem-solve, and push through ambiguity. Ready to operate hands-on now and lead a team later. 📍 Location Initially remote (India-based). Should be open to relocate to Hyderabad within 6–12 months. Must be flexible to align with U.S. time zones as needed. ❌ Strictly No: Moonlighting or secondary roles. Compensation Rs. 10,000 - 15,00,000 ✅ Bonus Points Prior experience as the first or early PM in a zero-to-one product. Exposure to LLMs and training AI models.
