Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. Your expertise in digital marketing, encompassing social media marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns, will play a pivotal role in achieving success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across various digital platforms. - Strategize, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to elevate brand visibility. - Optimize marketing endeavors for search engines (SEO) to amplify organic traffic. - Design and oversee paid campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other channels. - Collaborate with content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging throughout all marketing efforts. - Supervise the creation of high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and advertisements. - Identify content trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize impact. - Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to meet lead generation and ROI targets. - Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for improved results. - Conduct thorough research on competitors, market trends, and audience behavior. - Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and align them with business objectives. - Work closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing strategies with lead generation and conversion objectives. - Coordinate with design, development teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. - Generate detailed marketing performance reports and present findings along with recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. - Profound understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and paid advertising tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms. - Ability to think creatively and strategically to effectively address marketing challenges. Preferred Skills: - Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms like HubSpot and Mailchimp. - Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. - Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. - Understanding of marketing trends within fleet management, IoT, or relevant industry-specific knowledge.,
