Digital Marketing Team Lead

About the Role:

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Team Lead who brings the perfect blend of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will shape our digital presence and lead a team of specialists in performance marketing, content, SEO, and social media. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive data-backed strategies to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Execute digital campaigns across SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email, and content.
• Own and optimize key growth metrics and acquisition funnels across multiple channels.
• Craft full-funnel marketing journeys from awareness to conversion with a focus on ROI.
• Work with creative and product teams to align campaigns with user insights and business goals.
• Mentor and lead a growing team of performance marketers, SEO specialists, and content creators.
• Manage budgets and performance reporting, identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and competitive landscape.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years of team leadership in a startup or high-growth company.
• Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid ads, CRM automation, and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
