Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Team Lead who can take full ownership of our marketing department, lead a team of marketers, and drive business growth through effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in all key areas of digital marketing and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Oversee and manage SEO, SMM, Google/Facebook Ads, Email marketing, and Website updates
• Supervise and guide team members on daily tasks and long-term projects
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain long-term relationships
• Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign success
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
• Collaborate with design and development teams for content and visual planning
• Identify market trends and new opportunities for brand positioning and growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in working with digital marketing agencies or training institutes is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, SMM, Ads Management, Website Management, and Basic Designing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities and ability to guide and mentor a team
• Client handling experience with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
