• Performance Marketing:

  Lead and optimize all paid media campaigns (PPC, Social Ads, Display) to maximize ROI, lead generation, and MQLs/SQLs.

• SEO & Content Excellence:

  Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, compelling content marketing, and inbound methodologies.

• Analytics & Optimization:

  Own performance reporting, interpret complex data, identify key insights, and implement data-driven optimizations across all digital channels.

• Brand & Awareness:

  Enhance Neosoft's digital brand footprint, thought leadership, and online reputation.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure integrated and impactful campaigns.

• Innovation:

  Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of driving significant B2B lead generation and brand growth, ideally within the

  Cloud services, software development, or technology consulting sectors.

• Expertise:

  Deep expertise across SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, and marketing automation.

• Analytical Acumen:

  Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

• Strategic Thinker:

  Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable digital marketing plans.

• Results-Oriented:

  Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

• Communication:

  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
