Digital Marketing Specialist – AGP World

AGP World is a leading global name in live entertainment and theatre production. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence, strengthen our brand, and drive audience engagement across platforms.

A. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with AGP World’s vision.
• Oversee SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and performance tracking.
• Manage SMM (Social Media Marketing): create, schedule, and optimize content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creative and content agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals.
• Manage website content updates, performance, and SEO health.
• Collaborate with production, PR, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Explore email marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to drive audience growth.
• Stay updated on latest digital trends, tools, and best practices in entertainment marketing.

B. Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, paid ads, and analytics.
• Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and strong execution ability.
