Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Proactively identify, pitch, and convert potential clients from India and the UK into the company’s digital marketing ecosystem.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct online presentations/demos of our digital marketing services to potential clients.

• Client Handling & Account Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for acquired clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions.
• Maintain regular communication and reporting to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Digital Marketing Strategy Involvement:
• Understand and contribute to the digital marketing strategy for each client.
• Coordinate with in-house teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content) for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and share analytics and reports with clients.

• Target & Performance Driven:
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and retention targets.
• Work efficiently under pressure and within strict deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing sales and client handling (India & UK preferred markets).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
• Immediate joiner only.
