Company: V-Accel AI Dynamics Pvt LtdLocation: Chennai – TIDEL ParkExperience: 1–3 YearsJob Type: Full-time (Work from Office)About V-AccelV-Accel AI Dynamics is building a next-generation AI-driven SaaS ecosystem across CRM, ERP, HRMS, Recruitment Tech, Project Management, and Enterprise Automation.We also develop AI-powered and custom enterprise software solutions for companies in India and globally.We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who is strong in paid ads, campaign optimization, and lead generation to help scale our SaaS products and enterprise services.Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead-generation campaigns
Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS and enterprise lead generation
Reduce CPL through optimization, A/B testing, and audience targeting refinement
Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages (AI tools allowed)
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM funnel data
Run remarketing and retargeting campaigns
Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to improve lead quality
Prepare weekly performance reports for the CEO and Marketing Head

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads
Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital funnels
Basic Canva/Photoshop or ability to use AI creative tools
Strong communication and high ownership mindset

Salary Range
