Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The role involves content creation, scheduling, engagement, analytics, and supporting marketing campaigns across platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily posting and scheduling on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) aligned with brand tone Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior Plan and execute monthly content calendars Track performance using analytics tools and prepare basic reports Coordinate with designers, video editors, or marketing teams Support paid campaigns with creatives and copy (basic level) Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience with Reels / short-form videos Basic knowledge of paid ads Understanding of SEO or influencer marketing Experience in B2B or service-based brands
