Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to drive real business results. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads . Generate quality leads for salons through location-based campaigns. Monitor daily performance and adjust ad strategies to maximize ROI. Write ad copies, select targeting criteria, and manage creatives. Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Analyze and report campaign performance weekly using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights. Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing objectives. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience managing ad budgets on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads . Proven results in lead generation or conversion-based campaigns . Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. Familiarity with Google Analytics , Pixel setup , and conversion tracking . Ability to write clear and catchy ad copies and briefs for creatives. Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for office-based role). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
