Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and generating leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and display advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Develop engaging content for digital channels including website, blogs, email marketing, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and prepare reports.
• Manage social media accounts, increase engagement, and grow follower base.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Excellent communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
