Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to lead and execute marketing strategies that will enhance our online presence and promote our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth, particularly for our IT services.

• 
  SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies. Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to increase paid search traffic.

• 
  Content Strategy & Development: Develop content calendars, create engaging blog posts, articles, and case studies, and optimize web content for SEO. Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality content delivery.

• 
  Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media profiles, create posts, and engage with followers. Develop strategies to grow and maintain a strong social media presence.

• 
  Email Marketing & Automation: Design and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing, and promotions. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns.

• 
  Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels (website, social media, email, etc.). Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

  Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies, creative assets, and messaging.

• 
  Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop strategies that position our IT services effectively in the market.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in promoting IT services or technology solutions.

• 
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 
  Skills:

    Proven experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

    Strong understanding of content marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
