Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and post engaging Reels, Stories, and Posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Management across multiple channels along with EMAIL marketing.
• Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to create innovative content ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to produce high-quality creatives.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, advertising policies, and new marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO, SMM, and Social Media Management.
• Strong ability to create and post engaging Reels quickly with creativity and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns and optimizing them for ROI.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, VN, CapCut or other editing platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to have)

• Basic knowledge of email marketing (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
• Experience with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Familiarity with basic video editing for short-form content.
