creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist / Strategist

If you enjoy designing campaigns, jumping into the tools yourself, running experiments, and turning numbers into real business results for B2B IT services, this role is for you.

You will lead our digital presence across channels, build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads from international markets (especially the U.S.), and shape how our brand is seen by technology and cybersecurity buyers.

Strong English communication is essential, as you will work closely with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

strategy and execution

  • Design and own a

    full-funnel digital marketing strategy

    aligned to our business and revenue goals.
  • Plan and run

    demand generation campaigns

    that bring in qualified B2B leads for IT and cybersecurity services.
  • Manage and optimize

    performance marketing

    across:
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Meta and other relevant platforms
  • Lead

    SEO and SEM

    efforts to grow organic visibility, rankings, and qualified traffic.
  • Drive

    content marketing

    :
    • Brief, review, and repurpose blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and video content.
  • Design and execute

    email journeys

    :
    • Nurture flows, drip campaigns, and re-engagement sequences that move leads through the funnel.
  • Own the

    website as a growth asset

    :
    • Content, SEO, UX, and conversion-rate optimization (CRO).
  • Track and improve performance using tools such as:
    • GA4, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
  • Work closely with

    sales, product, and technical teams

    to align messaging, qualify leads better, and increase win rates.
  • Manage and mentor a

    small team of digital marketers / content creators

    and coordinate with agencies where needed.
  • Stay on top of

    new trends, tools, and tactics

    in digital marketing and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

    , primarily in B2B IT, SaaS, or technology services.
  • Proven success running and scaling:
    • PPC campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
    • SEO and content-driven growth
    • Email marketing and automation
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B lead generation funnels

    :
    • From first touch to MQL/SQL, and how to plug leaks in between.
  • Comfort working daily in tools like:
    • HubSpot

      ,

      Google Ads

      ,

      GA4

      ,

      SEMrush

      ,

      Ahrefs

      , or equivalent.
  • Experience managing

    multiple campaigns in parallel

    and prioritizing what moves the needle.
  • Excellent English communication

    (written and spoken) you can write clear briefs, emails, and campaign copy, and talk confidently with international stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset:
    • You use numbers to test ideas, decide what to scale, and explain performance to leadership.
  • Leadership qualities:
    • Experience guiding in-house teams or agency partners and getting work shipped on time.

  • Experience with

    cybersecurity / managed security services / compliance-focused IT services
