Description: Assistant Manager/Manager Marketing
Qualification: Minimum Post Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent thereof
Experience: Minimum experience of 8 years. Understanding of tech industry and behavioral economics will be preferred. Relevant experience in marketing and communication is a bonus.

Job Purpose: The candidate needs to be a self-motivated performer with expertise in marketing strategy, planning, execution and analysis. The candidate should perform in a fast-paced environment to establish brand identity and create brand awareness for the targeted demographics via effective marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
Engage with global, regional and local stakeholders to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and use insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, increase client conversions, and generate more brand awareness and qualified leads
Lead communication strategy, narratives, collateral, events to create strong identity with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by benchmarking state-of-the-art practices. Be highly logical and analytical in approach
Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.
Be data driven and flexible to changes with a natural passion for problem solving.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
