Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: On-site / Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with over 2 years of experience to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC). Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report ROI. Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.). Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer behavior. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns. Handle email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. Work with website teams to update content and improve user experience (UX/UI). Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop). Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. Experience in video marketing or influencer marketing is a plus.
