Digital Marketing Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to handle digital marketing activities and CRM management. The role involves executing online campaigns, managing social media, tracking leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining CRM databases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and a good understanding of customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Manage social media pages, create content, and monitor engagement.
• Handle lead generation, tracking, and follow-up through CRM systems.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM tool.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for lead management.
• Create reports on campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM handling.
• Freshers can also prefferable.
• Knowledge of social media marketing
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic content creation skills (graphic tools ).
