Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and lead a team of workers. The role demands hands-on supervision, adherence to production schedules, and focus on maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production operations and workforce to meet daily targets.
• Ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within set timelines.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain daily production reports and submit them to management.
• Train and guide team members for better performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of production machinery and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
• ood communication skills required; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
