Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads Expert)

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
• Optimize campaigns by monitoring CTR, CPC, conversions, and quality scores.
• Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Develop and implement overall digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media, and email marketing support.
• Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track, measure, and report performance.
• Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and Google algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, Display, and YouTube advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and conversion tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,268.66 - ₹46,906.18 per month
