Role: Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.

You’ll lead performance-driven campaigns that translate design, emotion, and data into measurable sales outcomes.

Your work will directly influence how Hyderabad’s top real-estate brands generate leads, build trust, and convert site visits.


What You’ll Actually Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns for high-value residential projects.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align ad visuals and messaging with each project’s brand story.
  • Track CPL, CTR, and conversion metrics with precision — no vanity data.
  • Use heatmaps, analytics, and audience insights to refine campaigns weekly.
  • Manage retargeting and funnel strategies that move prospects from “scrolling” to “site visit.”
  • Present weekly performance reports and recommend tactical improvements.


Who You Need to Be

  • A hands-on digital marketer obsessed with numbers, not jargon.
  • Experienced in managing ₹5–15 L/month ad spends with provable ROI.
  • Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and HubSpot/Zoho.
  • Deep understanding of real-estate consumer psychology and how location, price, and emotion drive conversion.
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers and copywriters to produce high-impact creatives.
  • Fluent in English and conversational Telugu/Hindi is a plus.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate or performance-led sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative eye — you can read both data and design.

Bonus

  • Experience running WhatsApp automation funnels, CRM integration, or AI-based ad optimisation tools (like Madgicx, Hyros, etc.).
