This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage and optimize paid campaigns, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth project delivery.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, preparing reports, and driving ROIHandling client communication and relationship management, ensuring projects are aligned with client objectivesLeading strategy discussions with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful campaignsEnhancing SEO/SEM strategies and leveraging web analytics tools for performance trackingCollaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver quality resultsStaying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and AI-driven ad optimizationQualifications2+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing / Digital MarketingPrior experience in Client Management / Account ManagementStrong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platformsProficiency in Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environmentBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldAgency experience will be a strong advantage
