Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns, build and manage social media strategies, and drive engagement across various digital platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing web and campaign performance, creating effective content strategies, and tracking analytics to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing techniques for data-driven decision-making
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to analyze trends and measure campaign performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate marketing or technology-driven environments is a plus
