Senior Performance Marketing Executive:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing and scaling digital campaigns in fast-paced environments such as startups, digital agencies, D2C brands, or SaaS companies. The role involves driving user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid media and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels

* Drive measurable growth in leads, subscriptions, and sales depending on business model (D2C/SaaS/Agency/Startup)

* Manage full-funnel performance — awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention

* Track campaign performance using GA4, Ads Manager, and dashboard tools; generate actionable insights

* Optimize creatives, audiences, and landing pages for higher CTR, CVR, and ROAS

* Implement CRO strategies to improve website/app conversion rates

* Collaborate with design, content, tech, and sales teams for campaign execution

* Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and monthly performance targets

* Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and growth frameworks

Desired Candidate Profile

* Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing

* Strong understanding of paid marketing, funnels, retargeting, and attribution models

* Experience in at least one of the following environments: Startup / Digital Agency / D2C Brand / SaaS

* 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related field

* Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making

Preferred Skills

* Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, subscription growth, or app installs

* Knowledge of influencer, affiliate, and partner marketing

* Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools

* Experience running video ad campaigns (Reels, YouTube, OTT)
