Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, skilled, and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is versatile, proactive, and capable of handling 360° digital marketing operations with hands-on experience in CRM tools, campaign management, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Handle Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads with ROI-focused strategies Manage SEO & SEM to increase organic and paid visibility Create, run, and optimize social media campaigns Design and execute email marketing & WhatsApp marketing campaigns Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools Coordinate with the creative team for content, creatives, and videos Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic WordPress handling Prepare detailed reports and offer performance improvement suggestions Work with CRM tools for lead management, customer segmentation, and automated follow-ups Track and analyze campaigns using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and Meta Insights Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of proven digital marketing experience Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, CRM Tools and Analytics Ability to independently plan, execute, and monitor campaigns Must have basic content writing & creative briefing skills Proficiency in Excel for reporting and campaign tracking Graduation in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Good English communication skills
