We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, Manage & Optimise
Google Shopping & Sales campaigns
,
Meta sales campaigns
,
App Install campaigns,
etc.
Plan & optimize ad campaigns on
Amazon or Flipkart, Blinkit or Zepto
using platform tools (Sponsored Ads, PLA, brand stores, display, etc.)
Analyze performance using metrics like
ROAS, CAC, TACoS, CVR, CTR
and optimize for scale.
Create performance dashboards, manage budgets and provide campaign insights.
Collaborate with internal teams & clients across FMCG, D2C and Fashion categories.

✅ Requirements

4-5 years of digital advertising experience across
biddable media, marketplaces and quick commerce
platforms.
Deep understanding of
Google Ads
,
Meta Business Manager, Amazon ad console
, etc.
Strong grasp on
attribution, bidding, audience targeting and A/B testing
.
Excel, dashboarding, Looker studio, Google analytics and data interpretation skills are a must.
Excellent communication
skills.
Should know
media planning
.

⭐️ Good to Have

Meta Blueprint / Amazon Ads certified
D2C + marketplace attribution experience
Retail merchandising or SEO knowledge
