Key Responsibilities

Core Priorities

•Lead & Execute Scalable Meta Marketing Campaigns

•Own the full strategy and execution of Meta performance campaigns for all SIEC events, student recruitment services, and global markets.

  • Build, optimise, and scale campaigns for leads, conversions, and engagement across multiple regions.
  • Implement advanced audience strategies (lookalikes, retargeting, custom audiences).
  • Build highly converting ad creatives, messaging, and landing paths.
  • Drive measurable outcomes including high-quality leads, event registrations, student walk-ins, and conversions.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across ads, visuals, and digital content.

Project Management & Team Leadership

  • Work closely with senior management and guide a small marketing team toward high performance.
  • Manage day-to-day priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Balance fast-turnaround needs with long-term strategy and campaign scalability.
  • Ensure internal alignment on messaging, targeting, creative requirements, and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROAS.

Commercial & Analytical Ownership

  • Track, analyse, and report performance using Meta Business Suite, GA, CRM and analytics tools.
  • Optimise campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead and improve lead quality.
  • Set up automated funnels, retargeting journeys, and conversion tracking.
  • Work with counsellors, events, and branch teams to align marketing activity with business growth goals.

Creative Oversight

  • Review and approve ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain strong brand visual consistency.
  • Provide creative direction for video ads, copy, and storytelling.

Innovation & Expansion

  • Expand into new digital channels (Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) where relevant.
  • Test advanced strategies such as Advantage+ campaigns, automated rules, and AI-driven optimisation.
  • Strengthen automation and tracking setup across CRM and analytics tools.
  • Bring fresh ideas to elevate SIEC’s brand presence across India and international markets.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Meta performance marketing with proven ability to scale campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise for ROI.
  • Experience managing budgets, creative teams, and performance pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions simultaneously.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable leading from the front.

Bonus (Desirable):

  • Experience in education, study-abroad, or event marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, paid social, or full-funnel digital campaigns.
  • Creative copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM/automation systems.
  • Ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.
