Digital Marketing Trainer & Specialist

The role involves managing live digital marketing campaigns and conducting hands-on sessions to prepare trainees for real-world marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist:

Plan and implement
SEO, SEM, and social media marketing (SMM)
campaigns.
Manage digital advertising using
Google Ads
,
Meta Business Suite
, and
LinkedIn Ads
.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
and
Data Studio
.
Develop engaging digital content — blogs, landing pages, ad copies, and social posts.
Work with automation and CRM tools like
HubSpot
,
Mailchimp
, and
Zapier
.

As a Trainer:

Deliver interactive
digital marketing classes and workshops
aligned with MESC standards.
Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and live project tasks for trainees.
Guide students through
campaign creation, analytics, and optimization
.
Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with emerging tools, trends, and algorithm changes to keep training current.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Certifications in
Google Ads / Analytics / SEO / Digital Marketing
preferred.
Prior
industry or teaching experience
in digital marketing is desirable.
Freshers with practical project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Pay Scale

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)
Accommodation will be provided by the institute.
