Location: Noida Sector 63 (Work from Office)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our social media presence and SEO initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and handling performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Kushel Digi’s social media channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X)
• Plan, schedule & monitor daily posts
• Handle SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic
• Run basic Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Track analytics, generate reports & suggest performance improvements
• Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign creatives
• Stay updated with digital trends & tools

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Knowledge of SEO (on-page & off-page), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
• Hands-on experience with Canva, analytics tools, and content planning
• Strong communication and content coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
