Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our team at Esellacharya. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and managing end-to-end digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions for our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, etc.).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and content teams, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
Analyze and report on campaign results, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing is a plus.
