Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all social media and digital channels.

• Manage and grow the brand’s online presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Create, schedule, and optimize content that aligns with brand objectives and audience insights.

• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with the design, content, and branding teams to maintain a cohesive online identity.

• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with a focus on lead generation and ROI.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand growth.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic design knowledge (Canva/Adobe tools) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
