Job Description

Roles of a Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Build brand awareness and generate leads through online platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to refine strategies.
  • Optimize digital presence to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads, etc.).
  • Align campaigns with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Content & Social Media Management
  • Create, curate, and manage content across social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
  • Engage with communities, monitor trends, and maintain brand voice.
  • SEO & Website Optimization
  • Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content for search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC/Display)
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Track and optimize CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Design, test, and deploy email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Use marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) to nurture leads.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Market & Competitor Research
  • Analyze competitors’ digital strategies and benchmark performance.
  • Identify new digital opportunities and emerging platforms.
  • Collaboration & Project Management
  • Work with designers, content creators, and developers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

Bonus Skills (often expected):

  • Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
  • Copywriting and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
