Responsibilities: Strategize, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising. Produce compelling, SEO-optimized content for various platforms such as blogs, social media, and newsletters that engages audiences and drives traffic. Track and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns and compare results against established targets and KPIs. Monitor digital marketing trends, gather insights, and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and return on investment. Apply strong analytical thinking to assess the entire customer journey across multiple digital platforms and user touchpoints. Strengthen the company’s brand visibility and recognition, both locally and internationally, through consistent messaging and digital presence. Adhere to brand identity standards to ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience across websites, social platforms, and other digital assets. Work closely with cross-functional teams—including content creators, developers, and designers—to maintain cohesive branding and messaging across all online platforms. Qualifications & Skills Needed: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related discipline is typically expected. In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tools such as SEO, SEM, paid media, and digital advertising platforms. Awareness of current digital marketing trends, tools, and performance metrics. Capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced setting. A strategic mindset combined with hands-on digital marketing experience. Strong writing skills are a bonus, particularly for creating engaging digital content. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills. Highly organized with effective time management capabilities. Responsibilities: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Regularly create and publish engaging posts on Facebook and Instagram Run and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Handle product listings and updates on the company website Generate fresh and creative content for social and digital platforms Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
