Digital Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation Expert) About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing , and online campaigns. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience generating high-quality leads, optimizing paid campaigns, and scaling ROI-positive marketing strategies. If you live and breathe digital marketing KPIs, analytics, and know how to drive serious traffic and conversions this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based campaigns on Google Ads , Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , LinkedIn , and YouTube . Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, bid strategy optimization, and audience segmentation. Drive B2B or B2C qualified leads and lower CPL (cost per lead). Email Marketing & Automation Design and run email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho Campaigns. Create segmented mailing lists and nurture leads through automation workflows. Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions to optimize campaigns. Online & Social Media Marketing Manage and grow presence on social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Collaborate with designers to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Use UTM parameters and analytics tools to measure campaign performance. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs and performance metrics using Google Analytics , GA4 , Google Tag Manager , and other tools. Create weekly/monthly performance dashboards for management. Recommend improvements based on data and insights. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of proven success in digital performance marketing. Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) . Skilled in Meta Business Suite , LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc. Hands-on experience with email automation tools and CRMs. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics , GA4, GTM, and reporting tools. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously. Bonus / Preferred Skills Experience in lead generation for service-based companies or SaaS. Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or Elementor.
