Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Evaluator to assess, validate, and maintain the quality of professional service providers within our vendor ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for reviewing applications from digital marketing experts across various sub-categories, determining their eligibility for professional-level status, and ensuring ongoing quality through periodic performance assessments.


Key Responsibilities


PRO Evaluation:

  • Review vendor profiles and evaluate their expertise in specific digital marketing categories such as SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Social Media, Email Marketing, and AI-based Marketing.
  • Assess the quality of their portfolio, certifications, campaign results, and domain knowledge.


PRO Demotion:

  • Identify underperforming professionals based on feedback, work quality, and analytics; recommend demotion or reclassification when performance standards are not met.


Category Expertise Validation:

  • Vet freelancers applying under Digital Marketing verticals like:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO, Local SEO, Video SEO, etc.)
  • Social Media Marketing & Paid Social Media
  • Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Promotion
  • E-Commerce Marketing (Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • AI-Powered Campaign Management and Analytics


Required Skill Sets & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing strategy roles.
  • Deep understanding of multiple subdomains:
  • SEO/SEM
  • Paid Media (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Email & Marketing Automation
  • Social Media & Influencer Marketing
  • Conversion Optimization (CRO)
  • Web Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio)
  • AI-Driven Marketing Tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, etc.)
  • Proven experience in auditing or evaluating marketing campaigns or creative performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify skill gaps and measure quality objectively.
  • Excellent written communication for reporting evaluations and feedback.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot / SEMrush / Ahrefs certifications.
  • Experience as a Marketing Trainer, Evaluator, or Category Expert in any professional services platform.
  • Prior experience managing marketing teams, freelancers, or client campaigns.
