Role Overview:

Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like

  Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn

  .
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create performance reports and present insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and audience retargeting.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to test and experiment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  automation tools, CRM, or AI-based marketing tools

• Google Ads/Facebook Ads certification.
