Role Overview: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience with Paid Ads (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to join our growing team. If you’re someone who can create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on ROI, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn . Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher CTR, conversions, and ROI. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Create performance reports and present insights for improvements. Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates. Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.). Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and audience retargeting. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Creative mindset with the ability to test and experiment. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Good to Have: Experience with automation tools, CRM, or AI-based marketing tools . Google Ads/Facebook Ads certification.
