About the Role:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute

  paid and organic digital marketing campaigns

  across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage and grow social media handles with

  consistent posting, reels, creatives, and audience engagement

  .
• Create and run

  lead generation ads

  and optimize campaigns for CPL, ROI, and conversions.
• Work with content and design teams to develop

  landing pages, posts, blogs, and ads

  .
• Track performance through tools like

  Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics

  .
• Suggest improvements based on analytics reports and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for digital promotion of

  training programs, job placement services, and branding campaigns

  .
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and platform algorithm changes.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in

  digital marketing, social media management, and performance campaigns

  .
• Proficiency in

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and SEO basics

  .
• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Familiarity with

  lead generation funnels

  and digital branding strategies.

• Experience in

  edtech, staffing, career services, or IT B2B/B2C marketing

• Knowledge of

  email marketing tools, WhatsApp automation, and basic video editing

  is a plus

• Fixed salary of ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month based on experience
