Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings
• Manage and create content for social media accounts, including posts, ads, and community engagement
• Work with the team to design and implement paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Analyze and report on website analytics, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure consistent messaging
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital content strategies, including blogs, videos, and other digital media
• Manage online reputation and respond to customer feedback on digital platforms
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum of 5 years)
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• EXPERIENCE :5 years & above work experience Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
