Job Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. They play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, install campaigns, paying user campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain the company’s digital presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage and improve the performance of paid search campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.
  • Keep abreast of new digital marketing trends and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing (3-4 years), in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
    • Experience in PPC, social media marketing, and influencer collaborations.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email automation platforms.
    • Creative and analytical mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
