Job Description

Position: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Noida, UP

Experience: 2+ years

Job Summary

Aaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Offline Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SMO, email marketing, social media, and paid ads.
Manage events, webinars, product launches, and seminars.
Oversee website performance, on-page/off-page SEO, blog publishing, ORM, and digital lead generation.

Design & Content

Supervise and guide the design and content team.
Ensure brand consistency across brochures, creatives, social media, and digital assets.
Develop online branding and communication strategies.

Lead Generation & CRM

Generate qualified leads through digital channels, campaigns, and events.
Implement, manage, and train team members on CRM tools for effective customer lifecycle management.

Team & Coordination

Lead and coordinate with inside sales and database teams.
Collaborate with Sales, HR, and senior leadership for marketing activities, communication, and scheduling.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing)
Minimum
2+ years
of experience in digital marketing with basic team handling exposure.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, CRM, Google Analytics, and mass mailing tools.
Proficiency in
Adobe Suite, HTML
, and any
3D software
.
Familiarity with basic SEO tools and Search Console (SCO).
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
