Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Shopify Executive, located in New Delhi. The Digital Marketing & Shopify Executive will manage and optimize the company’s Shopify store, develop and implement digital marketing strategies, execute social media campaigns, analyze web analytics to inform future strategies, and enhance online marketing efforts. Daily tasks will include managing product listings, monitoring website performance, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring effective communication across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Shopify platform and e-commerce best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the design or interior decor industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-6 Years of exprience.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage Shopify product catalog – add/update products, images, pricing, collections
• 
  
• Handle day-to-day Shopify backend – orders, inventory, discounts, basic edits
• 
  
• Run digital marketing campaigns – Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads
• 
  
• Track performance – Shopify & Google Analytics, suggest improvements
• 
  
• Support email marketing – using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
• 
  
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve queries and improve user experience
