Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Lead to develop and manage scalable digital programs that strengthen brand visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on expertise in SEO and digital marketing performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sustainable digital marketing and SEO initiatives that enhance brand presence, recall, and overall brand value.
  • Plan campaigns with a focus on achieving higher ROI and continuously analyze performance to refine ongoing strategies.
  • Increase organic traffic and qualified leads by optimizing website performance and user engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to interpret data trends and create actionable insights for improving digital effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee the SEO framework for all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Monitor and meet KPIs for each website or web property, ensuring consistent performance improvements.
  • Establish internal processes to ensure that all forms of content—articles, videos, images, multilingual content—are fully optimized across channels.
  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including technical improvements, link acquisition, sitemap structuring, and adherence to best SEO practices.
  • Strengthen online ranking and traffic by focusing on aspects like audience targeting, engagement patterns, and platform-specific signals.
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and support lead-generation activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
  • Strong command of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Solid understanding of digital analytics and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Experience in developing and managing SEO strategies for multiple web properties. Knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across marketing, design, and technical teams.
