Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for

    Bektash outlets

    and

    Rapos E-commerce platforms

    .
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team.
  • Coordinate with multiple external agencies (creative, performance, SEO, influencer, production).
  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Snapchat Ads

    .
  • Own social media strategy including content planning, reels, UGC, engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Drive

    Local SEO

    for all Bektash outlets (Google Maps ranking, reviews, keywords, visibility).
  • Handle

    E-commerce SEO

    including keyword research, on-page optimisation, product pages, and technical SEO.
  • Execute

    WhatsApp marketing campaigns

    for offers, retention, automations, and reactivation.
  • Manage

    Email marketing

    including newsletters, abandoned cart flows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and execute

    in-store marketing initiatives

    such as QR codes, posters, feedback systems, and offline-to-online journeys.
  • Focus on website traffic growth, conversion rate optimisation, and customer retention.
  • Create monthly marketing calendars, festival campaigns, and launch plans.
  • Track KPIs, analyse performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports using

    GA4, UTM tracking, and dashboards

Skills & Experience Required


  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Meta Ads and Google Ads

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    Local SEO and E-commerce SEO

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    Email marketing and WhatsApp automation tools

    .
  • Strong social media strategy and content planning capabilities.
  • Experience working with and managing multiple agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in

    GA4, analytics, and reporting

    .
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in

    F&B, QSR, or E-commerce

    is an added advantage.
